Detox Services

Creekside Detox Management (Fraser Health)
Provides withdrawal management services, which include assessment, counselling, medical and nursing care, and preparation for rehabilitative programs. Also offers Daytox, a medically monitored, group-based day program providing withdrawal management for individuals who do not require intensive residential withdrawal management. Services available for people age 14 and over.

Support Recovery

VYSRP-Sequoia and Alder House

The homes provide a temporary (up to six months) post-detox, residential, substance-free setting for youth and young adults 16-24. Transitional services are provided in a community setting and may include dedicated stabilization beds and/or transition beds. Transition supports are provided to individuals who may be transitioning into or out of a residential or withdrawal management bed.
